Many people feel they could accomplish much more at work if they didn’t have to attend so many meetings! This half-day workshop is designed to teach participants how to make meetings productive instead of time-consuming. It covers setting goals, creating agendas, inviting the right people, and clarifying the path forward. It will also address responsibilities of the leader, as well as the attendees.
