This half-day workshop answers common questions participants have about e-mail. It includes information about how to get people to read what you send, how to decide which readers to include on the To, Cc, and Bcc lines, how to organize your message, how to efficiently handle e-mail you receive, and what etiquette to apply.

The workshop allows time for participants to revise sample e-mails they bring to class.
